Agreement

These Terms govern your use of 1Matic, including the mobile app, Desktop Publisher companion app, website, and related services. By using 1Matic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What 1Matic does

1Matic helps sellers prepare marketplace listing drafts from photos and listing details. Features may include AI draft generation, pricing guidance, photo review, photo editing, seller copilot, marketplace connection tools, manual copy tools, and optional Desktop Publisher workflows.

1Matic is not a marketplace, broker, reseller, payment processor, shipping carrier, or buyer protection service. 1Matic is not affiliated with eBay, Craigslist, Kijiji, Karrot, or other marketplaces named in the app.

Your responsibility for listings

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all listing content before publishing. AI output, pricing suggestions, condition notes, category suggestions, and marketplace automation can be incomplete or wrong. You must ensure your listings are accurate, lawful, safe, and compliant with each marketplace's policies.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected marketplace accounts secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment issues, or policy violations.

Subscriptions and plan limits

1Matic offers a Free plan and optional paid plans through Apple in-app purchase. Pro is currently listed at $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Power Seller is currently listed at $19.99 per month or $159.99 per year. App Store prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

Paid plans may include higher monthly usage limits for AI listing drafts, seller copilot messages, photo reviews, photo edits, desktop publishing, and queue size. Usage limits can change as we improve the service, but we will not reduce a paid plan's core functionality during an active billing period without a reasonable product or abuse-prevention reason.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Deleting the app or deleting a 1Matic account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use 1Matic to create misleading listings, infringe intellectual property, sell prohibited goods, violate marketplace rules, scrape or attack services, bypass usage limits, automate spam, or upload illegal, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.

Desktop Publisher

Desktop Publisher is an optional companion app for moving reviewed listings through desktop marketplace workflows. You remain responsible for marketplace login, account permissions, final review, and any action taken in your marketplace accounts.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your listing content and photos. You grant 1Matic the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, transmit, and store your content so we can provide the service. 1Matic software, branding, workflows, and generated service infrastructure remain the property of 1Matic or its licensors.

Disclaimers

1Matic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that listings will be accepted, ranked, viewed, sold, priced correctly, or free from errors. Marketplace websites and APIs can change without notice, which may affect integrations or publishing workflows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 1Matic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost sales, lost data, marketplace account actions, or listing outcomes. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for 1Matic in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
