What does 1Matic do?

1Matic helps you create marketplace listing drafts from item photos. You can review AI-generated text, pricing guidance, and market choices before publishing or copying details manually.

Do I need Desktop Publisher?

No. Desktop Publisher is optional. It is useful when you want to manage multi-marketplace publishing from your computer. The mobile app can still create drafts and manual posting details without it.

Why does 1Matic ask for photos?

Photos help identify the item and produce listing suggestions. The first photo is used mainly for identification, while additional photos can help complete the final listing.

How do I restore a paid plan?

Open the app, go to Settings, and use Restore Purchases. If your plan still does not appear, email support.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.

For App Store review

Use the app to sign in or register, create a listing draft from photos, review details, choose markets, and inspect subscription options. Final App Store submission is controlled by the account holder; this support page is public so reviewers can reach us if there are issues.
