Account Deletion
1Matic account deletion is available directly in the mobile app.
If you can still access the app, use the in-app flow first. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion from outside the app by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your 1Matic account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Open the 1Matic mobile app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation prompts.
Some data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, or legal compliance even after account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If deletion fails
Try again from the mobile app. If the issue continues, email [email protected] and include the app version and any visible error message.
Outside-app deletion requests sent from the account email address should include enough detail for us to identify your account and process the request safely.
