Subscription and Refund Policy

Plans

1Matic includes a Free plan and optional paid subscriptions purchased through Apple in-app purchase.

Prices may vary by region, currency, taxes, and App Store settings. The final price is always shown by Apple before you confirm purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or deleting your 1Matic account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Restore purchases

If your subscription does not appear in the app after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the 1Matic app. If the issue continues, contact [email protected] with the Apple ID email used for purchase if you are comfortable sharing it, plus any non-sensitive receipt details Apple provides.

Refunds

Apple handles billing and refund decisions for in-app purchases. To request a refund, visit Apple billing support or use Apple's Report a Problem flow. 1Matic can help troubleshoot access issues, but we cannot directly reverse Apple App Store charges.

Plan limits

Paid plans include monthly limits for AI listing drafts, seller copilot messages, photo reviews, photo edits, Desktop Publisher access, and queue capacity. Limits reset on the schedule shown in the app. We may adjust limits to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
