Refund Policy

1Matic is a mobile selling workspace from Boonwerks Inc. This policy covers 1Matic subscriptions and in-app purchases. It does not cover telephone numbers, prepaid communication credits, or other telecommunications services.

1. App Store and Google Play purchases

If you subscribed or bought 1Matic through Apple or Google, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by that store under its rules. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account. Request a refund from Apple or Google when their process applies.

2. What 1Matic charges for

Paid plans unlock drafting, photo review, photo-edit credits, and desktop publishing quotas described in the app.
Nothing is published to a marketplace until you approve and submit it.
Desktop Publisher is an optional companion on your computer. It is not a separate paid phone or number service.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel a store subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not usually refund the current paid period unless the store grants a refund.

4. Unused credits and drafts

Unused AI drafts, photo-edit credits, and similar monthly allowances expire at the end of the billing period unless the product says otherwise. They have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Billing errors

If you think 1Matic charged you incorrectly, email [email protected] with the account email, approximate date, and store receipt. We will investigate. Store-processed charges still have to be reversed through Apple or Google when that is the payment processor.
